Creative flash scroller lets you do smart skin usage that will let you change the color of the scrollbar components from the user interface. This happens at runtime and uses ActionScript. You do not need any knowledge of ActionScript though. The component contains three component scrollers. These are the advanced scroller, the classic scroller with adjacent scrolbars. You get a simple scroller that has a scroll area but no scrollbars. The third type is a scrollbar that can be usedwith the advanced or the simple scrollbar.This offers the feature that lets you change the color of each scroller component from the interface or during runtime.You are also able to change the entire look of the custom made skins. You define a state out of three states, up/down/over.
